A low power variable optic with a true x1 magnification setting is ideal where you might end up making farther shots combined with some fast close quarter shooting. At magnifications of x3 or less, it is faster then an iron sight but not as quick as a reflex sight. A LPVO sets you up as a generalist capable of handling any tactical situation moderately well. |
