Barrel:

To minimize the transfer of vibration from the shooter into the rifle, the barrel of the S2A1 and A2 are free floated. The barrel is threaded with a standard 1/2x28 TPI thread to accept AR15 flash hiders, muzzle breaks and sound suppressors.  The regular barrel is 12.5” but a 16” version is available.
